Welcome to the place where we hope you will come to find out what is happening related to hike and bike trails in the City of Lake Jackson, Texas. This blog is maintained by a committee of citizens that are involved with the advocacy of furthering the vision of the City of being a pedestrian friendly community.
In the near future we hope to begin populating this blog with information concerning the Hike & Bike Master Plan, current projects, ways that you can become involved, and a lot of information about hiking and biking in Lake Jackson.
We hope that the list of people contributing to this blog will grow over time. Contact us if you would like to contribute to the material presented in this blog. There is a lot of knowledge in our community and we have no problem using that knowledge to continually improve the hike & bike trails throughout the City.

It would be nice to link MacLean park/rec center to the hike & bike trail. Is that in the master plan? Brazosport College is planning to link to it on their side.
